EIRA 1993-2013: creating, supporting and promoting contemporary dance in Portugal and beyond for two decades. EIRA is an artistic structure based in Lisbon dedicated to the development and promotion of dance and contemporary dance. After 25 years of activity, EIRA is now recognized, nationally and internationally, as a reference, both as a structure for creation, production and artistic programming in the area of contemporary dance, as well as an important meeting point for artists and projects.
Francisco Camacho is administering a Curricular Unit on Creation Methods and Processes for the Master’s Degree in Choreographic Creation and Professional Practices at the Escola Superior de Dança, which will take place at the TBA from January 23 to 26.
This activity is part of the training projects led by Francisco Camacho, promoting professional training and retraining, as well as experimentation, research and creation in contemporary dance.
