Focused on Contemporary Dance, at an intensive beat, headed to anyone who develops or intends to pursue a professional activity in the field of performing arts, and aims to promote aspects related to interpretation.
It distinguishes itself from other workshops by providing the opportunity for close and regular contact with one of the most outstanding Portuguese choreographers. The program contemplates the transmission of the dancer’s artistic practices, focusing on issues of domain and expansion of the expressive potential of movement, gestures, creative response, mechanisms to stimulate the imagination and modes of scenic presence.
PED provides free attendance to “E Pur Si Muove”, a solo created and performed by Francisco Camacho, on November 7th at 7 pm, at Teatro Meridional, in Lisbon. This work will serve as a motto for the start of the pedagogical program.
